HERB'S FRENCH TOAST
"Brunch will never be the same!
Champagne (or sparkling Wine)
Maple Syrup
Cinnamon
Mix 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup with 1/4 Teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
Place 1/2 Teaspoon of Syrup mixture into Champagne Flute, top off with Bubbly and toast!

KEY LIME PIE COCKTAIL
One sip and you'll be transported to paradise!
2 oz Vodka1 oz Key Lime Juice
1 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 oz Coconut Water
Lime Wheel and grated Lime Zest for garnish
Shake all ingredients well with ice.
Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish.

The SHARON NEEDLES COCKTAIL
Like Sharon, this libation is sweet and bloody good!
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Framboise Liqueur
3 oz Strawberry Margarita Mix
1/2 oz Chocolate Syrup
Garnishes of Floating Eyeball and Dripping Blood
1 Lychee nut stuffed with Licorice Drop
1/2 oz Grenadine mixed with squirt of chocolate syrup
and 1/2 teaspoon Powdered sugar
Shake all ingredients with ice, pour into tilted glass
Drip "blood" around the rim
Plop in an eyeball

40 SHADES OF GREEN
A lush tribute to the Emerald Isle
½ oz Irish Mist Liqueur
½ oz Midori Melon Liqueur
½ oz Everglo Liqueur
½ oz Sour Apple Pucker Liqueur
2 oz Master of Mixes Whiskey Sour Mix
1 3-leafed stem of fresh mint for garnish (to echo a Shamrock)
Stir all ingredients with ice,
Strain into cocktail glass
Garnish with Mint

GRAPEFRUIT BOURBON COCKTAIL

Here’s the best reason to be bitter down South.
2 oz Bourbon
½ oz Amaro (Montenegro or Averna)
3-4 oz Seltzer
4 peeled Pink Grapefruit segments
½ tsp Sugar
Leaves from a sprig of Lemon Thyme
1 full Sprig of Lemon Thyme for garnish
Muddle Sugar, Thyme Leaves and Grapefruit in a deep rocks glass,
Muddle Sugar, Thyme Leaves and Grapefruit in a deep rocks glass,
Pour in Bourbon and Amaro
Top off with Seltzer, stir, Garnish with Thyme
