1 oz White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz Coffee Liqueur
2 oz Coconut Water
1 oz Skim Milk
Chocolate Syrup
Shake ingredients with ice
Strain cocktail into Martini Glass drizzled with Chocolate Syrup
