ST. PATRICK'S DAY COCKTAIL 40 SHADES OF GREEN











40 SHADES OF GREEN

A lush tribute to the Emerald Isle

½ oz Irish Mist Liqueur

½ oz Midori Melon Liqueur

½ oz Zen Green Tea Liqueur

½ oz Everglo Liqueur

½ oz Sour Apple Pucker Liqueur

2 oz Master of Mixes Whiskey Sour Mix

1 3-leafed stem of fresh mint for garnish (to echo a Shamrock)

Stir all ingredients with ice,

Strain into cocktail glass

Garnish with Mint

GRAPEFRUIT BOURBON COCKTAIL





















HERB’S BITTER DIXIE

Here’s the best reason to be bitter down South.

2 oz Bourbon

½ oz Amaro (Montenegro or Averna)

3-4 oz Seltzer

4 peeled Pink Grapefruit segments

½ tsp Sugar

Leaves from a sprig of Lemon Thyme

1 full Sprig of Lemon Thyme for garnish

Muddle Sugar, Thyme Leaves and Grapefruit in a deep rocks glass,

Pour in Bourbon and Amaro

Top off with Seltzer, stir, Garnish with Thyme

TANCELLO TANGERINE COCKTAIL





















TANCELLO

With Tangerine's in season now, this will be your main squeeze.

1 oz Limoncello Italian Lemon Liqueur

1 oz fresh squeezed Tangerine Juice

San Pellegrino sparkling water or seltzer


Shake juice and Limoncello with ice, strain into a narrow glass

Top off with Sparkling Water or Seltzer

A PRESIDENTIAL TOAST

Toast your favorite President this week with a Red, White or Blue!

In a tall flute, add:



RED:

1/2 oz Travis Hasse’s Cherry Pie Liqueur


(Washington and his Cherry Tree)



WHITE:

1/2 oz Mathilde Poire (Pear) Liqueur


(Obama must have some PEAR)



BLUE:


1/2 oz Sourz Tropical Blue


(Lincoln backed the Northern BLUES)



Top off each with your favorite American Sparkling Wine

VALENTINE'S DAY COCKTAIL RED PEPPER PASSION






Drink up some passion this Valentine's Day with this Savory Champagne Cocktail!









RED PEPPER PASSION

Ingredients:

1/2 Roasted Red Pepper (no oil)

1 oz Pernod

Extra Dry Champagne or Cava

Sprig of fresh Rosemary

Mix:

Puree the red pepper with the Pernod,

Strain with fine stainer or cheese cloth to remove particles

Serve:

Place 1/2 oz of Pepper Puree mixture in a flute,

Top off with bubbly,

Garnish with a sprig of fresh Rosemary
