(The Jason Collins Margarita)

This is a perfect Slam-Dunk for this Cinco de Mayo!
Courage and Salt on the Rim!

3 oz Silver Tequila
1 oz Creme de Violette
1/2 oz Triple Sec
1 oz Collins Mix (Master of Mixes Collins Mix)
Squeeze of fresh lime
Salt for the rim

Shake all the liquid ingredients with ice, strain into a salt-rimmed glass, garnish with a lime slice

After the stress of holiday relatives, this will bring you back from the dead!

ZOMBIE BUNNY

1/2 oz White Crème de Cacao
1/4 oz Strawberry Liqueur
2 oz Coconut Water
Dash of Skim Milk

Splash of Grenadine
Hollow Chocolate Bunny
Garnish with Bunny ears dipped in dripping Grenadine

With a hot, sharp knife, slice off the top of the bunny’s head.
Mix in cocktail shaker with ice cubes, strain into the hollow chocolate bunny.

1 oz Irish Mist Liqueur,
Dash of Bols Blue Curacao,
4 oz Master of Mixes Margarita Mix,
Squeeze of 1/4 fresh lemon
 

Shake with Ice, serve strained or on the rocks,
Rim glass with Orange and White Sugar

August 16th is the 35th anniversary of ELVIS' death. In his honor:

Put on your Blue Suede Shoes and pop in Blue Hawaii!

THE KING COLADA
1.5 oz Malibu Tropical Banana Rum
4 oz Goya Banana Nectar
2 oz Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut
3 Ice Cubes
1 Peeled, Frozen banana
1 tablespoon creamy Peanut Butter

Place all ingredients into a blender, mix till smooth, serve in a retro Hawaiian glass

HERB'S FRENCH TOAST


"Brunch will never be the same!

Champagne (or sparkling Wine)
Maple Syrup
Cinnamon

Mix 1/4 cup of Maple Syrup with 1/4 Teaspoon of ground Cinnamon
Place 1/2 Teaspoon of Syrup mixture into Champagne Flute, top off with Bubbly and toast!
